Ready for November 2008?

Pennsylvania law requires that you sign your voter registration form, so you’ll need to download the form and print it out. Then follow these simple instructions and Planned Parenthood PA Advocates will make sure you make it onto the voter rolls!

1. Fill out the form completely. If you have a PA Driver's License number, you must include this on the form. It will help the process of registering you go more smoothly and you'll receive your Registration Card in no time. If you do not have a PA Driver's License or state ID, you can include your social security number.
2. Send the completed and signed form to the Planned Parenthood PA Advocates State office:
